Professional Development

Get the degree, get the job.
One of UPPSA's key goals is to assist in the professional development of our students. Our APA-Illinois and Alumni Relations student representatives help connect MUPPs to alumni and practitioners, and one of our primary functions is administering a reimbursement program to help send students the APA conferences. We appointment curriculum representatives to make sure faculty hear about the types of skills and classes students would like in the program. And we assist the UPP department in planning and promoting events that prepare students for internship and job interviews.

Are you an alumni or planning/policy practitioner interested in connecting with students?
